FAQ

Do staff need to install anything?

No. Once you add the policy to Google Admin Console, Chrome automatically configures the Move It extension on all managed devices. Staff don’t need to do anything — the extension was already available to them on the Chrome Web Store, and the policy just applies your branding on top of it silently.

Can we use our own exercises?

Yes. You can provide a completely custom activity list — as many items as you like. When a custom list is set, it completely replaces the default Move It activity library. You could include company-specific wellness prompts, standing desk reminders, mindfulness exercises, or anything else your team responds to.

What does it cost?

Pricing is being finalised. Early access customers will receive a preferential rate. Register your interest above and we’ll share details as soon as they’re ready. Move It for individual users will always remain free.

Does it require a Google Workspace account?

Yes — rolling out the branded policy via Google Admin Console requires Google Workspace (or a legacy G Suite account). The underlying Move It extension works in any Chrome browser, but the automatic corporate branding deployment requires managed Chrome.
